In the Arnulfpark, a development area of the CA Immo at the Munich central station, the Atmos of KSP Architekten is a prominent cornerstone of the neighbourhood. The building embraces two evergreen inner courtyards and the atrium.
The building materials in the Atmos have been tested for their environmental compatibility.
Thermo-active ceilings, which were combined with a geothermal system for heating and cooling, provide for a high comfort level in the rental areas.
